Allow me the pleasure of welcoming you to the Shire of No Mountain. We welcome you as we would any honored visitor of the noblest blood, with open arms and the warmth of lasting friendship. Come with us into the current middle ages to experience the best in chivalry, honor, and the exploration of those talents gifted to us... Visit us at any of our meetings where, if you need it, we will have loaner garb so that you might fully experience the magic of living in such a time as gave rise to Arthurian legend, noble acts by such as Joan d'Arc, and the artwork and dreams of Leonardo da'Vinci.

My name is HL Francesca Barozzi and I am seneschal of the College of No Mountain. I have been active in the SCA for 9 years and have been active in the fair Kingdom of Calontir throughout that time. Should you be located in and around the area of Grinnell, Iowa, please contact me if you are interested in more information regarding the Society for Creative Anachronism and the things we do.

In addition to enjoying our own fun, we do provide educational demonstrations for schools, and other groups interested in the history of the Middle Ages and Renaissance from 600 - 1600 CE.
